Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Important Notice – Food & Beverage Products

Please note that our products are food and beverage items (coffee). Under EU consumer law (Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed after delivery.

This means:

  • Unopened products – eligible for withdrawal within 14 days of delivery
  • Opened products – cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day cooling-off period expires. You can do this by:

What Happens Next

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will:

  • Confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email
  • Refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (subject to the conditions above)
  • Use the same payment method you used for the original transaction

Return the Goods

Please return unopened goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
