Pure Arabica Coffee ARABICA BLEND uses Arabica coffee beans from the famous Mang Lin - Lac Duong and Arabica Cau Dat - Da Lat regions, these are the best Arabica coffee growing regions in Vietnam, with fertile red basalt soil, high mountain terrain from 1500m with cool climate all year round. Most of the Arabica coffee output here is wet processed, this method helps the finished Arabica coffee beans have a delicate sweetness, gentle aroma and characteristic light body.

Instructions for Making Espresso
1. Clean the brewing arm and the brewing head
2. Grind the coffee to a fine and quantitative level (9g - 11g for single brewing arm, 16g - 18g for double brewing arm)
3. Compress the coffee
4. Extract and weigh the quantity
5. Clean the equipment after brewing.
Cold-Brew Instructions
1. Soak roasted coffee (coarse level) in a 1:14 ratio
2. Leave in the refrigerator for 8 - 14 hours
3. Filter out the coffee grounds
4. Store in the refrigerator, use within 5 days.
